Weekend projects mean multiple trips to multiple home depots. This Home Depot is clean and less crowded than the Home Depot in North Hollywood on Sherman Way. There were also more BBQs outside and they were demonstrating one - grilling up some meats for people. I was able to get in and in 15 minutes - they had multiple checkstands open. It's harder to see the store from Van Nuys Blvd.

Its always noticable when you walk in a big box stores and it isn't running right. I've never spent 30min waiting to have wood cut. Asked an associate for help, never got it. Called the front desk three times and still haven't got help. Still sitting here waiting for a response, a call over the loud speaker, or for someone to randomly walk by trying to avoid work. This is what happens when customers are given too much time to sit around D and wait on service.

Parking is great, service is awesome when I needed it!It takes forever to return anything they only have 1 cashier at the return desk.

The only reason I go to this homedepot is because is close to my house but employees there are so rude and don't wanna help you . the price was wrong on an item and this lazy heavy female by the name of Debbie made me go to verified the price myself, her customer service skills are very 💩she refused to call someone for a price check and when I told her it was the wrong price she was very rude and said do you want it or not and deleted it from the computer without giving me a chance to answer her. Scott on the other hand at the paint department was extremely helpful, nice and polite.

I have always had the worst experience, there is never someone who can help you, many times the workers are talking to each other and when you ask them about something they see you weird. I try to do things myself in my house and sometimes I need help to find details and there is never anyone to ask
