Alex and his crew installed carpet in our home last week. Johnnie and the sales/service staff were always helpful and professional. These guys are pros. Everything looks amazing and it feels like a new home! Total install and cleanup time was done in about 2-hours. They were very accommodating throughout the entire process. I did about a month's worth of research before choosing a carpet company and I could not be happier with our choice. Bonded Inc provided the best overall value for our budget.

CONSUMERS BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They sold us the cheapest carpet and padding and within months the carpet starts bubbling up. They crack one of our kitchen tiles that was never replaced. After contacting them, they sent a representative out to look at the carpet and cracked tile and we never heard from them again and now after having the carpet for 3 years, its bubbling and ripping up everywhere and we're having to replace everything. See you in court.

I had another great experience dealing with bonded carpet. I’ve been a customer of bonded carpet since 1986. I am very impressed at how great they have always been and how they always exceed my expectations on every project I use them on. Just recently case in point I had and tenant move out of the house I rent out after they had been living there for over five years. Not having any free time or wanting to deal with this in the middle of my busy work schedule, I called a Bonded Carpet and gave them the address in told them the key was under the mat. They went in and figured out exactly what I needed to do in the way of carpeting and floor coverings so that it would last the maximum period of time provide a very quality luxurious look for a house rental. They also just suggested in the bathroom that I down linoleum that looks like stone. This really enhanced the look/value of the rentals appearance. In order to help me make the decision on what materials to use easy Paula did great consulting by providing three different products combinations for me to pick. Looking at the contrast between the three examples made the decision simple and easy and provided no remorse. I normally take a long time to make a decision but I was able to make the decision in five minutes or less. I gave them the order on the spot. They moved very quickly within a few days the house was ready to rent to the next family in Carlsbad. If you’re looking for company that can provide you excellent value customer service and great products and excellent value call bonded carpet they will satisfy you today tomorrow and 10 years from now! Horrible! If I could pick 0 stars I would. We have had bonded send to our apartment on 3 sperate flood occasion (not by choice). The first time they came they pulled up the carpet and said we would hear from someone the next day. 3 days passed before I called to see what was happening. No one even communicated the work that was done. The second flood incident they came they pulled up the carpet and said they would be there next day to check if it was dry. Came the next day and it wasn't dry so had to come back the following day to check again. No show AGAIN! This most recent time they came the first day, then didnt show the second day! When we called we not only told them no one showed up but that the carpet was dry and ready to be repadded and cleaned. So when they sent someone out they brought nothing with them and just checked to see if the carpet was wet. So now we are at day 4! They came and measured wrong and didn't have enough padding so had to come the next day. That was today, day 5 and guess what. No one showed up. If you want to have your time completely wasted go ahead and call this completely unprofessional company with no communication skills.
