I'm very surprised to see this store has 4 1/2 star average on this site, it's much lower on other sites. We bought laminate & this happened: They couldn't find the order, told our installer it was in, it wasn't, they couldn't track it, I called & they couldn't find it, but they called the installer & said it was in, but we got a product they don't EVEN SELL. Yep. They have a really long interesting theory on how that happened. You know what? I don't CARE. Oh! Also the product I got cost more than what I ordered and there is less in the box! Double whammy. They graciously "gave" me a $200 refund, after I went and argued with them for an hour. The problems other people came in with! Yikes!! Emails to Home Depot corporate have gone unanswered. Good luck everyone!

My husband and I just called for a quote on artificial grass and said we would be right over to check it out and he even told us what isle to go to. After going there directly to the isle, their were two sales associates talking to each other and no one bothered helping us. After looking at the artificial grass for a few minutes, two more associates joined them all talking to each other and no one helping us. We then decided to leave and go to Lowe's and even on the way out no one acknowledged us. So, we choose to go to Lowe's because we found the artificial grass to be better and also their service to be better.

HOME DEPOT NEW MOTTO : WE ARE NOT HAPPY UNLESS YOU ARE NOT HAPPY If you can not find what you are looking for in this store : Go Somewhere Else! Do not try to order anything from this store. Home Depot has no sense of customer service, they can not honor the delivery date they give you, they can not even return a phone call. We ordered a standard item . Others like it were in stock. We were promised 2 - 4 weeks lead time. 9 weeks later it finally arrived. It was a terrible experience.

The pro-desk were not professional. The guy was sipping on his coffee and answering the phone while I was waiting for him to ring my Purchase. My crew were waiting for me to deliver the material and every minute counts in this business. No greeting. No hello. All he said is “what is the phone number”. No thanks at the end or even have a good day. People like this guy kills the Home Depot reputation. The rest of the employees were so nice with a smile on their faces. Specially the paint counter girl and the tools Department girl as well. They deserve a raise. The pro-desk guy on this store name was Brad. He needs to know how to treat customers no matter how they look or how they speak. I hope next time he will have a different attitude. I do own 2-remodeling and Real Estate Companies and I shop at Home Depot all the time. I love their product.

Their contractor Desert Eagle that cuts and installs their countertops tried to charge us a hidden $200 'large piece' fee. Their installation effort was minimal also. We were given a home depot card to purchase the countertops with which we assumed we could use online to purchase. We shopped online for several hours picking out the right refrigerator. Come to find out, the card can only be used in-store.... bahahaha.. I don't shop 'in-store'. You just lost a $1500 sale on a new refrigerator Home Depot. Good job. Thousands of dollars in available credit, but only 'in-store'? Silly.
