The staff is usually very helpful. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have very good inventory control. There are often a lot of empty spots on the shelf and limited choices for large ticket items like appliances and vanities. The Lowe's near UCCS campus seems to have a much better selection of the large ticket items. They also seem to have a better handle on their inventory.

My neighbor always complains about the service at this location, I should have listened to him. I was trying to get help from two employees neither of them acknowledged me, I found 2 others who ignored me until I finally got a little pushy with them, only to be told they can't trim the wood they sell. Unbelievable. If time is the most valuable commodity we have don't waste yours here!

I went in for a clothes drier’s belt. Their website said they had two in stock. So I go in, go back to appliances, ask an employee where the parts for driers are, he takes me there and we didn’t see the part number their I got from their website. He tells me “ I guess we don’t have it.” So I ask him if he can look that part number up in the store’s system, he agrees and does it, it showed two in stock. We go back to the same place and again we don’t find it. He says again “ I guess we don’t have it.” Then I ask him “can’t your system tell you where that inventory is? Since it’s showing you have two in stock in the store.” He answers “ my system says it should be here but it isn’t, so I guess we don’t have it.” On my way out I asked another employee at the “customer service” desk. I get the same result. They show two in in stock but “ they guess they don’t have it!!! Wow. Unfortunately is not the first time that happens to me in that store. They show items in stock on line and in their system but don’t have them. A waste of my time driving there.

Unbelievable customer service, I'm blown away with how helpful everyone was. I was shopping for a washer and dryer set all day. Home depot was the worst, no military discount, just the most non helpful people. Ok, back to Lowes. The gentleman that helped me with financing, delivery, discounts. I'm just totally satisfied. I got a great price, warranty and discount. Thanks to everyone and keep up the good work! I will make sure Lowes is my first stop.

We wanted to say that my husband and I greatly appreciated Gary Bissell’s customer service! He made our Lowe’s experience enjoyable and easy! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help us! He deserves a raise!!!
