Thank you Home Depot !!!! I left my keys in my care when I purchased something there. Lais I think his name was helped me get my keys . I’d say that the customer service was more than asking and so appreciative. He made me so happy I had to hug him! Lol thank you!!

So I was gonna purchase a refrigerator for almost $3k. There was no appliance specialist on the floor and I had to request assistance like 5 times. After a half hour that found someone else to assist but had limited knowledge. But ok. Whatever. I wanted a price match with sears for $200 less. This became an ordeal and eventually the store manager got involved which by the way looked the part of a felon. Anyhow, after getting me all “set” to go, the register still rang me up for the incorrect price. Oopsy daisy. Manager tried again but after fumbling for another 10 minutes with the monitor screen and keyboard, finally gave up and told me there was nothing else he could do. Lol. Biggest joke ever. I’ve purchased my microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer at Home Depot and taken advantage of the no interest offers with the credit card. I’ve been through these things enough to no better, with the exception of the price match. So I really wasn’t worried. At the end of the day, the customer needs to deal with the specialist of that specific department. So the next day I went to another Home Depot and dealt with the specialist directly. Hiccup free. Price match not a problem. Smooth coasting all the way. Lol. What a difference changing stores makes.

Went here to get a spare key... Had two employees call in people to go to the section. Nobody showed up.. Any worker that pass by me I ask if they knew how to make a key and said no and kept walking.. Very unprofessional.. could of just said hey wait here i will get somebody for you... Guess what.. I ended up playing with the key machine and figured out how to use the machine.. Waste of my time to come here.
