Do NOT do business with these people. They have nothing in stock at the Tampa location and you are charged a shipping fee for everything you buy because it has to be "shipped" from Sarasota. Nothing has an item number on it, so when you order things you're hoping the salesperson will "remember" the right color. Well, he doesn't. Half the items ordered showed up as the wrong color. We purchased another item that had to be "shipped" from Miami for $35. The salesperson didn't calculate the amount of tiles we needed correctly and we got more than twice as much as we need. Big hassle returning the overage and it took 3 weeks of arguing and threatening to go to court to get my refund. AND, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for his mistake. We needed one extra sheet of 1 X 1's and we were going to have to pay a $50 shipping charge for that! They have beautiful stuff at good prices, but make sure you get it right the first time or be prepared for a lot of agony. Count everything you ordered and make sure it's the right color before you accept delivery.
