I've had my issues with products and installed services purchased at this store but they have, this far, gone the extra mile to make it right. It may take a little longer but they get it as it should be eventually. The store manager is a reasonable man who wants happy customers. I've purchased appliances twice, installs of laminate flooring, interior french doors, a front door, a special order x-large slider, a hot water heater, a water softener and soon to be installed quartz countertops.

Customer service was not helpful at all. We asked a worker to help us with our questions about the flooring and to see price differences. The employee acted like it was a chore to explain the information to us and made us to feel as though we were taking up too much of his time. We tried our best to not bother him after our questions were answered as we decided which flooring was best for our price range and that fit our style. Once we made a decision on the first flooring he began loading it and then just walked away. We weren't sure if he was going to the back to get more or what. So we sat and waited and waited for a long time. Another associate came to the area and saw us sitting there and asked if we needed help but we told him that we have already been waited on but that he disappeared and we weren't sure what happened to him. So we continued to wait. Finally he reappeared and saw us sitting there but didnt apologize for disappearing or for our long wait. When we asked where he went he said to help another customer at the front of the store. Our mouths dropped to the floor like seriously?? So we told him we still needed the flooring for the other two rooms and he acted clueless about it. We spent $585 at this store and it definitely was not worth the time and aggravation. You would think we would have received better service than that as much money as we were spending. I would expect good service for spending just a dollar let alone over $500! I will definitely not be back to that location. I drove 25 miles out of my way just to see their selection as opposed to their competition. I get much better service at home depot and I wont be going out of my way again for that kind of disappointment.

My wife and her parents were at this location today when the truck battery died. There was no way to jump it off so they had to leave in a seperate vehicle to go buy a new battery. The guys in the plant department and another customer were super awesome. They helped them replace the battery and were very understanding that my father in law has dementia. Thank you guys very much I will gladly spend my money here.
