This place is awesome! Clean organized and I found exactly what I was looking for without much trouble. And even more importantly I found a person working there who was very knowledgeable very helpful and didn't seem too busy to spend time with a neophyte like myself. I will be back. It might be the only home supply store that I ever go to ever again!

Always high on my list as a place to get anything from a refrigerator to a bolt. Friendly and professional staff. Gertrude my Yorkie loves to visit and enjoys the attention!

It’s clean and there’s a nice selection. Everything has always been in stock. However, in an age where retail jobs are being obsoleted by amazon and self checkouts, it would be a lot nicer if employees asked customers if they needed help finding things. I can’t count how many times I’ve looked an item up on my phone while in the store to find out where it’s located.

My friend and I went to Lowe’s to get a screw that was missing to build a chair we ordered. Roy was so helpful in point us in the right direction. He was funny also! Had such a great experience even at the cash register with a different employee.

I had the best customer service experience ever in this Lowe's today. An employee actually asked if I needed assistance, Bill in hardware was absolutely awesome. He needs to be the customer service trainer. I dread going to this Lowe's because of poor customer service. He actually took me to the product I was looking for, measured, took time with me and had a great personality! Wish there was more than 5 stars to give him!!!!
