Hello future Lowe's customers. I am a Lowe's customer for many years I use to go to Home Depot years ago but I don't think I will go back to Home Depot anymore cause I have confidence in Lowe's store and employees help to get what I want and need and the prices are reasonable too and the quality is much better at Lowe's too. Sorry Home Depot you lost me as your customer. Oh yeah BTW you can never get help at Home Depot when you need it. 😄

Horrible horrible customer service. Walked in needing pest control where the cashier said she doesn't know but maybe in lawn and garden. Next in plumbing section, need a stopper. There I was brushed off by "aisle 32". Nothing else. I found my stopper but there was no chain for mine, this time the plumbers desk was empty and 3 people where waiting. Then I looked at kitchen cabinets where after playing with the cabinets for at least 10 minutes, the girl was, explaining how the price per linear, foot was not the real price because even if it says hickory, they may not use hickory. Then she proceeded to tell me how Maple is an inferior lesser quality wood. Never going here again.

Great clean store! I ran into get some filters for my a/c at my office building, I was assisted by one one the staff to the exact location of the filters, and then I was able to checkout quickly and easily. I would recommend this store for all your home improvement needs.

I walked into Lowe's, through the gardening department. Two employees were standing and speaking with each other, neither acknowledged my (customer) presence. This was such a stark contrast to my experience at the local Ace Hardware store, which I had visited earlier in the day. I proceeded to price check a few of the plants that I had researched earlier. There was no one around to ask questions or help me with a little extra information needed to make a purchase that fits my needs. I decided that I would head back to Ace and finalize my decision to purchase a few plants with them. It seems as if the customer is not made to feel like a priority at Lowe's. I'm guessing with the bigger stores, this is the expected trade off.

I had to stop by for a couple of small items. The aisles are clearly marked and the store was spotless. The gentleman who helped me at the self checkout kiosk was beneficial and was able to help me process my items since they didn't have bar codes. There's always plenty of parking so that shouldn't be an issue.
