I have been renovating my home and have done everything from drywall, plumbing, electric, tile, wood flooring, paint, & everything in between. I must say, this store has extremely knowledgeable and very helpful employees that go above and beyond. They also always have what I need. If not, I go online and order it to this store and it's a cinch! I always come here for all my home renovation needs because no other place can match the overall experience.

This is an awesome Home Depot. I would recommend going here. Cynthia in the truck rental area of the store is especially helpful and very friendly.

Excellent store. There is always an employee close by to help you when you need it. My bf dropped his phone while walking out to the car and home depot was kind enough to answer it when it rang so they could return it to us. Service is above and beyond what you would expect.

Honestly, I'm disappointed. The customer service here is ridiculous. A worker approached my family and was SO rude to us. We didn't even ask for help. We were just looking at cabinets, yet after coming to US she was so ridiculously rude. It was as if we were gum on the bottom of her shoes. I don't leave reviews for anything, but this i had to report. Despicable. Makes me want to never come here again.

I am dissatisfied with this Home Depot. Their rental staff is not adequately knowledgeable when it comes to the tools they rent. There are hidden fees to rentals. Also, I have not been treated as well here as other Home Depots. For those reasons, I intend to avoid this Home Depot henceforth. I rented a small electric breaker from them recently. It's basically an electric jackhammer, but of a smaller size. When I arrived, the staff did not know what I was asking for, despite giving the name that it is listed for on their website (small breaker) and the tool manual (small electric breaker). I had to show them the device. Then, the checkout was not speedy. In the middle of the checkout process i was delayed several times while they discussed problems with other rental equipment, discussed whether or not a buffer wheel was for cement or wood floors, and conversed with another customer. There were three staff people, and two customers. When I came back to return the breaker, I discovered the price was different than the tag above where it was found, which I'd confirmed earlier was the daily price. I was told I was mistkaen, and had made the mistake and looked up the per day price for a home depit in the suburbs. Oh, and they tack on an extra hidden 10% on your rentals calling it a damage protection fee. No mentioned at all initially. So you basically pay double sales tax. In conclusion, I will use house of rental and other establishments from now on. They at least tell me the full price up front, and know what their products are.
