Never ever will I get home delivery again. Had a delivery set up from the store which is 4 minutes away from my house. Delivery was suppose to come May 4 it’s now May 5 and no phone call and no delivery. Called and talked to a manager, set on hold for 57 minutes and 48 seconds for him to tell me my delivery couldn’t fit on the truck yesterday and he don’t know when they’ll be able to get it out to me. Sir dont you believe I should have got a phone call stating this? He supposed to be finding out when I should be expecting it and supposed to gave me a call back within 20 minutes. It have now been hours. Worst......

Store is ok-- I wouldn't order and install appliances from them. In certain areas, install and delivery are at different times- so a dishwasher was dropped off and I'm expecting a call within 48 hours to when someone can install it. They tell you under purchase section on order page that install and delivery may not be at once, but not knowing when install will happen and a call expected in 48 hours is a bit much. There has to be a better way. Not very convenient--who has time to take off work and sit around for 4 hours (twice) waiting for two different services? Not me! . Should make it easier for their customers.

One of the better Home Depots. Whitney (Whit) is really helpful and provides an awesome customer experience.

Employees were not interested in helping me find the proper battery to a dewalt reciprocating saw they sell. Refused to match a lowes deal for said reciprocating saw. Will not return here.
