I love Home Depot, I used to work there, but this store is a complete waste of retail space. Most of the staff is barely knowledgeable about anything beyond a hammer or nail, and the ones that don't have a clue get the rudest when you have a question of any depth. Avoid this place if you need any help at all, if you know what you want have at it.

Poor service and difficult to find assistance. Limited availability of rental tools even though they are posted on the website. Good store for simple things but really contractor friendly.

First employee told me my item was two aisles over and left. The second sent me to lumber. In lumber, they sent me outside and guess what, it wasn t there. I gave up. Now the guy in the tools was very helpful for a different item.

During a recent stop at the Cockeysville, MD store, the greeter, David, was such a huge help. He not only knew where to send me, he TOOK me there and helped me find what I came into the store to buy. This was not the first time he was a hep to me. It made my shopping experience very pleasurable, fast and easy. He has a great personality. He is a huge credit to your store.
