Have what we want, love the half priced busted bags of yard stuff. Quick easy checkout, offer military discount tied to the phone number. Friendly, efficient staff.

I’ve been in this particular Lowe’s many times. Every time I go in there I never have an encounter with a customer service rep who asks if I need any help! Today took the cake when I had to go in and purchase 3 cases of ceiling tiles for my work place. It took me ten minutes just to FIND a person to help me, at which time they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to them! I get to the register with these three boxes of ceiling tiles, not once was I offered any kind of help loading them or handling them!! I should not have to ask!! I weigh 100 pounds and am about 5’ tall, I was clearly struggling my butt of trying to handle these boxes of tiles!! I will not go to this location again, I will have to be desperate to do so! I will frequent Home Depot right down the street from now on!!

The staff is always great!!! The staff member came to look for us to make sure we found what we were looking for. They are truly second to none. Keep up the great work!!!!

Okay, so who works in a very large, very well known home improvement store but has no idea what a yardstick is? The young woman at the Lowe's service desk at White Marsh. Not wanting to wander the store I figured I'd ask at C/S so at least I'd be going in the right direction. Me: Excuse me, I'm looking for a yardstick. Can you tell me what area they would be in. Her: (totally blank face) Me: You know, a wooden stick, usually about 3 feet long? Her: A yardstick? Me: Yes, most households have one around for measuring. Her: Measuring? (Has no clue but walks over to an older woman at the desk and asks her!) Other woman: Yes, ma'am, yardsticks are right by the Paint Counter. Me: Thank you. Walked directly to where the bin with yardsticks were located and got one. Then had serious thoughts, while waiting in line to pay, of walking back to C/S and smacking the idiot so she'd know in the future exactly what a yardstick is!
