Went to Home Depot and wasn't treated nicely so we left and went to Lowe's. Found a microwave at a good price, then a worker asked if we needed or looking for anything else. So we told him that we wanted to look at counter tops. He let us know about a huge clearance and walked us to them. We walked out with 2 10 foot counter tops . They was $180 each marked down to $16 each. Then we got $30 off for getting a Lowe's card. We paid $2.93 for both. Ended up being a great day. As I was walking through, I noticed a bigger selection of items. Also got my floor sealant at a much better price and was treated much better by everyone we dealt with in the store. I will definitely start using this Lowe's instead of Home Depot!

I just spent over an hour and a half walking around the appliance dept. Not one person talked to me. Nobody spoke one word to me. I am building a house and need everything. I will be taking my large purchase anywhere but there.

Clean and helpful. Be nice if they had more attendants checking in on wondering customers otherwise good.

Good luck getting any help. Theres never anyone there. Its a ghost town. I suppose they rely on self help and quick pick up of retail bc they have horrible, non existent customer service. Its unbelievable.

Can normally find what I need. However, staffing is hit or miss. Seems like they are over staffed when they have no customers or under staffed when the store is full of customers.
