I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Bechard Floor Sanding Ltd's exceptional service, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, every step was handled with professionalism and expertise. My red and white oak floors were in desperate need of refinishing, and Darrell exceeded my expectations. The team meticulously sanded the floors, bringing out the natural beauty of the wood grain, and applied three coats of water-based polyurethane satin finish. The result is absolutely stunning – my floors look brand new and have a gorgeous, durable finish that will last for years to come. What truly sets Bechard Floor Sanding Ltd apart is their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the process. They even assisted me remotely as I was away during the whole process. I highly recommend Bechard Floor Sanding Ltd to anyone in need of floor refinishing services. You can trust that you'll receive top-notch service and exceptional results. Thank you to the entire team at Bechard Floor Sanding Ltd for transforming my floors and exceeding my expectations. I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely be recommending your services to family and friends! See pictures posted of before and after.

Mr. Darrell Bechard finished our floors today and I couldn’t be happier. They always showed up on time. They left the home as clean as they found it. He knows woods+stains+finishes and you can absolutely trust his opinion when it comes to matching trim and existing floors. I regretfully questioned his opinion and the pictures prove he knows better than I. The workmanship is impressive to say the least. His price is well worth it. Our wood floors are absolutely stunning. Old white oak floors were scuffed and needed to be sanded and refinished. Half a week of hardwork by Bechard and we couldn't be happier with the result. Bechard is punctual, pays attention to detail and offers a fair price for their hard work. Bechard was recommended to me by my parents who had their floors done by Frank 25 or so years ago. Their floors still look amazing. Darrell's standard of work is just as impressive as his father's! Highly recommend!

I have had Bechard redo our floors twice in two separate homes. The first was in 2014 and the refinishing job they did as good as it gets. It looked amazing. We had several people remark at how great the floors looked and they still looked good when we moved four years later. In 2018 we bought a different house which has 2 and 1/4 solid red oak (same as first house) which needed to be redone. Because of the job they did the first time we didn't even bother calling anyone else. Bechard's prices on both occasions were very reasonable and compared to pulling it out and installing something new (comparable hardwood) it was approximately 1/3 to 1/4 of the price. Sadly the second job was not to the same level as the first. They left all of the tape on the various areas that needed to be protected around the house which as far as I am concerned removing is part of the floor refinishing job. Also while overall the floors in this house are not bad by any means there are several areas where you can clearly see puddles and excess amount of polyurethane. After getting the floors done and letting them dry we covered them to protect them from the other renovations that were going on for approximately six weeks so I did not notice until we moved in approximately two months later and I had no interest in getting them redone and I never found the time to discuss it with Bechard so I cannot speak to their response because I never gave them a chance. I will say that on both occasions Bechard showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job on time.

We removed some old carpet the previous owner of our house laid over the hardwood. I was shocked to see that the old carpet pad had actually stained some parts of the hardwood. It looked awful. We called Bechard Floor Sanding and they came over right away to give us a quote. I was VERY satisfied with their pricing, so we booked them immediately. The work they did was amazing. Our hardwood floors are stunning, I can't stop looking at them. Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend them!
