I came here with my husband to get more information on flooring...what's available, pros and cons of laminate vs tile, general pricing etc. There was one woman on location that day. She was very nice, but didn't seem to know much about flooring. She admitted she didn't put water proof flooring in her house 3 years ago and her dog peeing on the floor warped it. That was red flag number one, if she knew anything about flooring she wouldn't have made that mistake, three years isn't that long ago. Red flag number two was we told her that we have a two level house with tile floors that we were thinking of replacing with different tile, and she never mentioned that re-tiling the top floor would pose an issue. We visited several other flooring companies that day and every single one of them said that ripping out tile on the top floor would destroy the sub floor and make re-tiling very difficult. I honestly just don't think she knew any better. She asked for our contact info and offered to call us back with an estimate using dimensions we gave her and a few laminates that we picked out that we liked. Nobody has not called us back in 4 days so I assume they don't care for our business. The lack of communication coupled with the lack of knowledge makes me think this is not the best place to get flooring. The lady was very nice and accommodating, but being nice doesn't make up for lack of knowledge. A flooring company should have a flooring expert in the store to answer questions, and they should call back when they say they will.

I wish they would let us give more than 5 stars. We had Euflooria come in and replace our 20 year-old carpeting with luxury vinyl tile. We also had Euflooria do our backsplash. The home looks like new with these beautiful stone core floors and glass backsplash. Anthony and his team went above and beyond for us. We feel like we have a friend for life in him. His interior design advice was spot on and even offered good advice on paint. The quality and the care shown by Euflooria was unparalleled. They treated our home like it was theirs and you could not ask for more. We certainly have a feeling of Euphoria after our experience with Euflooria and I think you will as well.

I've hired these guys to redo the floors in two of my homes and will be using them for a third home in the next couple months. The installers attention to detail is the best you will find. Edit: I just read the previous reviews below and wanted to reply about the woman who was tending to the store. Since I have been using Euflooria for several years. I can tell you that Maria is new to the flooring world and she had a new home built 3 years ago and the builder didn't use waterproof flooring. That's not her fault and you cant blame Euflooria. Admittedly, she doesnt know much about flooring but she is always a pleasure to be around and always makes sure I get a call back if i stop in on one of the rare days that she is there to fill in while the salespeople are out on calls. If you want cheap, go somewhere else, but if you want it done right for a fair price, call Euflooria.

License plate number UFLORIA, you should learn how to drive a commercial vehicle with respect for other people on the road. Everyone’s already going 80 and you want to go 90. Don’t drive a commercial vehicle if you’re gonna drive like a jerk.

Bought new carpet and it lasted about 1.5 year's. We paid$1800.00 for one room very expensive ended up replacing with laminate flooring.
