Surprisingly we were able to get immediate help upon walking over to the plumbing department. Employee was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question we asked. We also found things we weren't there for but actually needed (solar lights for the front yard) on clearance and they look and work great!

Awful install. New washing machine flooded my downstairs. NO ONE helped over the phone- my husband had to go down to the store. HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

I ended up needing assistance in several departments and each time I asked the first employee who came by, they were able to help. It was awesome to walk in with a general idea and walk out with exactly what I needed.

Lowe's customer service is the worst.... it took me over 10 minutes to find an associate. Home Depot is a lot more customer orientated
