This Lowe's might be smaller than the one in Summerlin yet for most all needs it has everything you want. The staff is friendly and the their knowledge helpful. They'll order something if you need it and won't hesitate to suggest.

I found it surprising on my latest visit that our check out experience took nearly 30 minutes. Two cashiers on the phone, one (Susan) completely ignored 3 attempts to get assistance and I counted 8 other people standing around talking to each other about customers in line yawning. Additionally we purchased flooring in boxes that were opened (that's all they had left). Instead of counting out how many pieces of flooring in each box she counted one and said the other ones "looked like full boxes" so she charged us for full boxes. I was too tired of waiting to quibble over $10-$15. I've been to Lowes hundreds of times. Management needs to retrain the staff in this location.

Overall great experience. I had to wait about 10 min to get help, but it worked out. The sales guy was very nice and the manager was great to talk to. The store was clean, and well lit. Will probably do a lot more business with Lowes.

Good location, nice employees are all I have come across here. Always has what I need and very close to home. Helpful and nice staff make it a comfortable environment, I like this location. **Came in again this morning 1/6/18 and had the pleasure of being helped by Dick in Hardware, what a nice and helpful employee he is! Great customer service, product knowledge, and a swell attitude. What a nice guy and very helpful!

Super friendly and helpful employees. Find them walking around the store and ask them anything. The prices are fine, try to take advantage of sales (look for yellow price tags). It’s a huge store and they pretty much have everything tool/hardware related.
