Great cashier but 2 out of 4 toilets clogged the 3rd had poop smeared on toilet seat and the cleaning lady left for day. So no one there will clean the nasty bathroom? So it sits over night and no one can use the bathroom because their too lazy to clean it?

Greeted upon entrance, asked if I needed help and then lead me to the aisle I needed. He did not have exactly what I requested (out of stock) but offered a substitute and informed me to check my label at home before installing it. I did and it was not acceptable so I returned it and given a full refund, no questions asked. Love this service!

Customer service up front was helpful but not the guys moving lumber on aisle 21. The aisle was blocked because they had been moving lumber and when I went to that aisle to pick something up they made us wait at least 10 minutes before they opened it back up. I went back up to customer service and someone there came to help. Right before we got back to that aisle (21), they opened it. Not a piece of lumber was moved in that time we waited. Next time, provide good customer service to the people that keep you in business. (This is to the person in charge of the lumber moving tonight).

I really enjoy home depot. They almost have everything one needs for any home project.

I always shop at Home Depot, so I thought the customer service seen standard (good). But after recently going to 2 different Lowe's, it opened my eyes, to how GREAT!! the Home Depot selection, Customer service and price really is. The Home Depot employees know their stuff and the store very well. (Lowes does not) and it seems like they always want to help you. My wife and I, have rental property's so we shop at the Home Depot on Tropicana, Rainbow and Fort Apache. The Home Depot on Fort Apache is our favorite location due to Sasha in paint that really knows her stuff. And the two older greeter ladies (I don't know the name) they are amazing and they know where everything is!!!!!!! And that helps a lot when you don't have that much time.
