Dont use him horrible job don’t use him he did a job for me I paid a lot of money to him for the floors and for the job and the floors all over the house is coming apart horrible horrible job When I told him that he didn’t do the correct job he said no it wasn’t him it’s my plywood people which wasn’t true , and charged me to reduce his work that he was suppose to correct and now after 6 month of living in the house everything creaking and floors are raising up and when called him he said it wasn’t his problem . Horrible his name is Oleg

Had them do my daughter's nursery floor. Nick was gentleman, his crew were polite and neat. Will defiantly call on them again for future work.

So an older fellow named Nick or was it Mick just left. I had some questions about the repairs needed and he said my hardwood floors were 'dead' and needed replacing. Fair enough. He was VERY unfriendly to say the least when I mentioned that I didn't expect to have to have so much work done. He then said, 'ok, I'm out of here then because I can see you're not listening to what I'm saying.' Talk about short tempered! He then said that he had 55 years in the business. That's fine but he didn't even let me discuss the floors with him at all. I told him then just go because you're attitude stinks. I told him I look forward to putting a review online. He then says, get this, that if I do that I'll be seeing him again. Threatening me with violence?! Then he takes off his glasses like he wants to fight! I couldn't believe it! I told him to just get out as he cursed at me. Very unstable. I treated him with complete respect until he started getting belligerent with me. I always do when dealing with someone older than me. What a way to do business! I don't know if this guy is representative of how this company normally does business or not but he sure makes a lousy impression!

I am really upset to have to write this review, as I was hopeful my issues would be corrected as promised by Nick. Almost 2 years ago I had my floors sanded and restained, along with a small repair to a couple of floor boards. The person who was sent to do the job was not very experienced and or did a quick job because it is a mess. There is uneven sanding/gauging in my entire place as well as excess top coat collected in many places. It was done so quickly, the stain was splattered all over my walls and moldings in unrealistic amounts. The wood was also cut unevenly against door frames, and I was not told this would need to even be done. I have spoke with the owner multiple times, who has promised a redo, but keeps telling me to call him back in a couple of months. It is now just shy of 2 years.

Not sure where Eddie R is coming from, but I met with Nick last night. He was very pleasant and courteous. He is very knowledgeable about wood flooring and was patient with our questions. His quote for the work was competitive.
