Horrible! I went with the intention of purchasing a deep freezer and a cooler. I went to a line to pay and was told that I needed to go to another line. This line was for customer service. So I go to another line in order to pay for deep freezer and schedule a delivery. I was told that I needed to go back to customer service line. I was so disgusted that I walked out. Didn't even argue, just walked out. There seems to be very few people to assist. The few that are there appear to be overloaded. I wish there was a way to give a half star.

Not the best Home Depot but it works because it's close to my home. Prices are good and fair. They seem to have a lot of the home repair items needed. Staff seem to help when you ask them but it's not always that you can find them. That's why I gave them 3 star rating. The more mature staff members seem to want to help more then the younger ones. I will recommend to look for the correct staff to get the help you need.

Go somewhere else. No parking. Place is packed. Only one person will help you out of the entire store. Asked to have a piece of wood cut and stood around for 20 minutes..it's not worth the frustration.

The only getting four starts this time because they didn't have what I needed. 😋. Customer service was pleasant. Check out with easy and fast. I use the automated system. You also got to get there early in the morning to beat the crowd. Good luck.

Don't usually leave reviews, but it has to be said how bad this place is. Other Home Depots know about this place and make fun of it. Look...it's a Home Depot...they have a lot of stuff, and they know how to ring up things that are on the shelves. Any kindof additional service, including calling them in any fashion...don't waste your time.
