Clean environment. Friendly and helpful staffs. Before I head to home Depot, whether it's one or another or any store in general, I always check out the website for the products I wish to buy or already in my online account shopping cart. When I need help, some of the time, I can't see to locate a staff. When I find one, he/she is very knowledgeable of the whereabouts of the products I desire. But I think Home Depot needs to increase its staff. Otherwise, I always have a good shopping experience here and plan to return. On that note, I would recommend this H.D. to anyone.

The worst customer service. Please do not buy rugs or carpets from them. They don't tell you the correct time, charge for services that are not being done and then stall the refund. I spent 3 weekend in a row trying to figure out when my carpet would be ready and when it finally came it didn't have felt backing. I had to spend 1,5 on the phone, after they habged up on me 3 times in a row, I went to the store. At the store, they refused to do anything until I prove to them that the backing was missing. Too much time spent on one carpet. Never again Home Depot.

Pretty ordinary home depot, good parking lot close to forest hills. Very busy and they don’t have basin wrenches. They do have handicapped parking spots
