Maybe because it is newer but the one on Cropsey is much cleaner and easier to get around and easier to find everything

I had a list so it was easy to find what I wanted. The staffs were polite and helpful.

I stopped by after work a week ago. My boyfriend and I were looking for bright white or daylight lightbulbs that’ll fit my ceiling fan. We couldn’t find what we were looking for and flagged down someone who then called on the speaker for someone to help in aisle 19. 15 minutes passed and no one showed up AND she never checked with us if we got helped even though she was in close range the wholeee time. We let her know no one came and she called again. FINALLY a young guy showed up 5 mins later and didn’t even help. All he said was “check online” and walked away smh. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anyone at Lowes next door would be willing to help.

They have very poor customers service. Had to wait for 45 minutes to speak to an associate in the store. Had someone come out to measure for carpenting and tiling, took for ever for them to get back to me with my measurements, when I did decide to call the store about my measurements the associate said she don't know how to email measurements and said you should come to the store to pick it up. Also when when I was speaking to the representative she was making up prices as we speak even though the person in store told me something different.

Had more contact with the loss prevention officers than I tend to like. I was followed throughout my entire visit. Asked two associates questions about products in their section both were unable to answer. Another associate that I dared ask for duct tape attempted to give me an enunciation seminar. I don't know which was more embarrassing the fact that he tried to lecture me or that he didn't know where it was located. I've tried to find a reason time and time again to go here rather than Loews, which is in the next shopping strip over. Today, was truly the last straw. Just go to Loews, the parking lot is better than the cram jam randomly blocked affair at this depot location. The associates care at Loews and seem to know what they're selling. And if loss prevention tends to follow you, I'd say Loews is a better bet to feel safe.
