I have had a really really awesome experience with Mill Creek. From the sales person to the mangers. Everything was on time and perfect. I could not have asked any better for the install. The installers were absolutely respectful and my floors looks amazing . It was a true inspiring experience for us. I definitely refer Mill Creek!!! Thank you guy's!

I ended up working with several people at the May Ave and the SOKC location before picking my floor. I looked at vinyl plank and engineered hardwood for their durability but decided for the investment of the entire house that those products would not live up to my expectation in the long term. I decided on solid hardwood, chose 2 3/4" hickory site finished and ended up working with Brian Patterson. He was very professional, consistent and able to respond to all of my persistent questioning. I had worked with several local floor installers before Mill Creek that charged a little more but weren't able to produce the written bids, would say they couldn't get the products I was interested in and would take up to two weeks to install (plus time to cure the site finished floor). As promised the installers were excellent. They laid site-finished solid wood on a concrete slab in 5 days... and it looks incredible, closets and all. There wasn't a single place I could find that had been overlooked or skimped on quality. I had a lot of questions up front and Brian responded graciously even when I continued to make sure they would follow recommendations I had found online. Even after telling him that I wanted the best floor with the best installation methods, prices remained fair. The lead installer's wife had a baby during the installation delaying them one day. They came in that night and caught up. They even asked me to come by and make sure the color they mixed was what I wanted. I had several to choose from and they were exactly the picture I had sent them. I couldn't be more pleased with the price, quality and timeliness of their work. It's just a plus that every person I worked with was professional and friendly as I made my decision. Thanks Brian, Edgar and their teams for making a tough project great and easy with an amazing outcome! A++. Two thumbs up.
