Worst company ever they didn’t install the floor and toilet properly then came up with an excuse that I’m a disable home owner that urinate on his floor and that they have proof of this

They were trying to break a record for fastest carpet install. Extremely poor workmanship! They scuffed up the walls badly in every room, dented and gouged the wood trim along the floor. Supervisor came days later and tried to fix. He made matters worse and gave up about 20 minutes into it and stated the company doesn't do repair work. Pics are a very small sample of their work. Run, don't walk away from this place.

This company does all flooring installations for Lowes. DO NOT let them in your home. They did not call in the 3 days to set up the measure. Only after calling Lowe's again were we told someone else would contact us for the measure. They completed the measure for laminate flooring on Tuesday while I was present the whole time. I made sure Jay the measure guy knew we were not taking up the tile that is currently there. He even stated they would use liquid nails on the transition so not to break the tile. He also stated it would take up some of the space on the baseboard but the shoe mold would cover where the 1/4 round trim we had was taller. All of these things are Indicative of planning to lay the laminate over the existing tile. However when we called Lowe's to get the quote, imagine our surprise to find it was $6,000 for 600 feet of laminate. The said we had to remove the tile and put in a new subfloor, which is not true. They stated the sub floor was particleboard which they had know way of knowing because there are no vents in the floor he pulled during the measure. The floor has been there 20 years, and there isn't one single cracked tile or grout line. They simply wanted to make more money. They then refused to give me a quote to lay over the tile. The last excuse was the toe kick on the cabinet height. I died laughing at this point. I asked Randy to come out to the house and see for himself it could be done, he then stated he would see if someone could. I asked to speak to someone else about this and was told they would have to call me. I then asked to speak to Avi the owner but guess what he was not there or available. I then gave Randy my direct number for someone above him to call me back which he said they would. Guess what still no call from Spectrum. I also asked for him to put into the invoice to Lowes the list of reasons he gave for not doing the floor. I now have a licensed/ insured install crew coming to do it for $1000 on Monday with the same warranties. Just cut out the greedy middle man! If Spectrum Flooring didn't have a contract with Lowe's, they would be out of business by now.

Lady on the phone was very nice but there was absolutely no communication between this company, Lowes, and myself. I paid my money waited for 2 weeks and nothing, finally I called and set up an appointment for an install of wood flooring. The installer never called to tell me he would be late (4 to 6 hrs.) so I called again and received no help whatsoever. Will never use this company again or Lows to do any work for me ever.
