The only reason why I'm going to give a good rating is because of Diane the manager who is going to refund me my money because the cashier charged me twice on my rolling cart when I only had one and because of a an employee named Jim which is called Slim Jim who has outstanding customer service and 4 the guy who helped load me my stuff and my truck and for the guy who helped me bring my things to the cashier but when I found out that Home Depot throws away there out of season patio umbrellas and their cushions in the trash instead of giving them or discounting them to get rid of them two people that really disturb me I don't understand that you could give them two churches or to charities instead of throwing them in the trash which tells me that you must make a lot of profit off of other merchandise in your store to be able to throw away you're out of season products instead of trying to Discount to get rid of them or to just give them to charities it makes me not want to shop at your store anymore seriously Home Depot you cannot think of a better way to get rid of your out-of-season products your upper management can't come up with better way maybe upper management needs to not be in upper management maybe they need to be replaced and thrown out in the trash

This has been my go to Home Depot for years. It's close, they always have what I need, always someone to answer questions or locate an item, easy return process. I've rented tools and a truck here...no problem. I've had to come sometimes multiple times a day during a lengthy home remodel...life saver. They've sourced many projects from decks & landscaping to toilet replacements. Their garden center is great: always a good selection of seasonal plants & flowers with help available when you need it. I've had to have molding & boards cut to size...no problem. Even after Harvey, when they were deluged with contractors for months, I always could find what I needed here. I'm wondering, why not give them a 5 star rating...? I guess they're not perfect, but close.

This young man walked by me on my way into the store. He sent me to a woman standing drinking something, in the air conditioning window unit department. I explained to her that , the young man directed me to her for help. She was not very Enthusiastic to help me. She did tell me about the window units were right, there where she was standing. After which she told me someone will come to help me. I stood waiting to buy and have the unit carried to my vehicle. When finally the young man which I, met at the door walked passed me again. He was so kind to help me get the unit and pay for it. He also carried my Purchase out to my truck and placed it into my truck. Because of this young man I can give a good rating. But I'm not sure if you are aware that most of the community around this particular home depot feel that the customer service is inadequate.

Joey in the garden section was very helpful. Not rude like some people that work there. He helped me with a pressure washer. Other than that an ok experience.
