This is one of my favorite Home Depots to visit. They have a great selection of material that I have not been able to find in other Home Depots. In addition, with all the people packed in the store on weekends, the staff are very helpful with anything you need as well as any information required. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot, and will be back soon.

I was just in Home Depot. The employees are more interested in moving products from 1 aisle to the next instead of getting something off the top shelf for me. I stood around for a good 5 minutes waiting for the aisle to open up because the gate was across the aisle and the next aisle too. There was a flag man at the other aisle. The aisle I needed had a customer and a store employee in it. So I moved the gate went and found what I needed. But I couldn't reach it. The flagman comes over to the aisle I was in and just stood there at the gate with a disgusted facial expression instead of walking down the aisle to assist me.RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. Do you want to sell products or just move them around the store.

I usually shop at the other big box store. Today, I needed to purchase a new lawn mower and the brand that I wanted was only at Home Depot. When I walked in, no one greeted me. As I was walking through the store, no one asked me if I needed any assistance. When I got to the check out, there were two lines open. Both had young ladies working the cash register. I noticed both were on their cell phones. When I approached the checkout, I was not greeted. The girl look like she had lost her best friend. She rang me up. I asked her if I could get a military discount and showed her my card. She didn't respond. I had to look at the screen to see that she actually gave me the discount. She did not thank me for shopping at Home Depot. She did ask a guy to help me out to my vehicle to load the lawn mower. I had the same experience with him. He never spoke to me. He loaded my box and I thanked him. He didn't say anything. He just turned away and walked off. I won't be going back there.

The employees that work there are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One employee in particular, DAVE, helped me find the right concrete anchors, screws and correct masonry bit to install a door threshold. His help was TRULY appreciated. Employees like that are definitely a rare breed in todays job market
