Went there yesterday to find tile to redo our bathroom and not a single employee acknowledged us even though there were plenty on the floor and playing around on the computer. Finally as we were almost done picking out the tile we wanted a salesman comes over to assist us and then tried to rush us out the door by bringing us tile we said we didn't want and attempting to get us to purchase over $100 in samples. When we asked for a price quote he would only email it so we had to wait til we were home to see that he had changed the tile we picked out for the more expensive ($3 a square foot more) tile that we didn't want, added more square footage than we had asked for, and put a $200 shipping charge even though we said we wanted to pick it up in store.

Never thought you could have such a great experience at a Tile store! Caleb James was so attentive, explained everything with such knowledge and detail. Probably never buying tile anywhere else!

I had personally forgot to plan for a project and had a tile guy coming in the next day to do my project and had no tile for him to use. The Tile Shop had the tile I wanted in stock, and the sales person Jennifer was very helpful to confirm quantity prior to purchase. I was loaded and ready to take it all home in less than 15 minutes. The tile I purchased looks great in my bathroom.

We went to pick out tile for our shower but left the measurements at home. We were going to return another time to make the final purchase. The sales person stated that we would be able to return anything unused so to save a long return trip, we overestimated the quantity needed to make sure we had enough. When the project was complete, we brought back the additional tile but they would only return a couple of items that weren't in boxes. They stated that they don't accept anything from a partially used box even though you can buy the tile by the piece. We had even purchased some of them individually and yet they would not return. This was contradictory to what they had told us and we had purchased a lot of expensive tile. We had purchased two fairly large stone curb tops for the shower and luckily we only needed one. One of them had a large natural crack in the stone and was not acceptable for use. They reluctantly accepted it in the return. Their prices are a little higher than surrounding stores but having the displays for ideas and not having tile thrown about like the others made up for it. It's the only reason for the one star otherwise I'd give zero. We are notifying the contractors we work with to stay away from this place. Update: When returned at time we could speak with the store manager. He insulted us and stated we should have looked on the receipt that we had purchased boxes instead of listening to his employee who said they would return them. He still refused to return the tile and would not take responsibility of the store or it's employee's actions. We are contacting the BBB and State Attorney.

We had a terrible experience with the local store and their corporate office. They had an issue with their infrastructure which led to them overpromising and underdelivering. They tried to bait and switch a low quality product and then were extremely rude, hard to get a hold of, and were difficult to deal with. We called over a dozen times to this store and no one ever picked up, one time we even waited almost 25 minutes.
