Great! Loved not having a middle man and we got a great price! Would use them again.

Totally unprofessional, the product was good, but customer service was very bad. Had to not only help installer, but also supply hand tools and needed equipment for cleaningup.

Steve owe me $2,588 as of July 23rd. I went into his business over a month ago and paid for flooring that was discontinued after my debit card was charged. He asked me to come in to look at other samples from Mannington. I did not find anything I liked. He wasn't there after telling he would be there. I left word with the man covering for him that I wanted my money back. He had already told me the company refund only on the 20th of the month. Steve sent me to flooring warehouse. I didn't find anything I wanted. That weekend I went to a store in Va Beach. I found something. I shared that information with him. He told me he could get what I wanted at a better price. He wanted to know the material information and the store. He apparently went there. He talked so down on the product. Saying it was garbage made outside of the country. That he would not install it. I asked again about my money. He told me I have to wait until August 20th. He insisted that Mannington had my money. After speaking with other companies they said companies don't take your money if the product is discontinued. I called him and asked for the representative telephone #. He would not give it to me. He confessed he had the money. Lying all this time and not only lying but got nasty. I told him I'm the one that should be getting nasty. He offered to give me a thousand dollars of his OWN money before the blowup, but I didn't pay him in part. I don't think I should receive my refund in part. He asked if I wanted a certified letter and hung up. This is out of character for me to leave such a bad review but, potential customers BEWARE!!! I could have dealt with him saying he used the money and needed time to refund it, but he preferred to lie.

Horrible customer service. The owner was a great talker until a problem with the floor they installed happened. At that point, he all of a sudden wanted to pass the buck to the manufacturer of the floor who was also very unconcerned that their product did not live up to what they were claiming it to be. The floor was coming apart in less than 3 months and I've never been lied to so much in my life. I don't recommend anyone spend their money with this type of unprofessional, unconcerned, buck passing amateur type of business. His slogan is ”No One beats our prices”. Well, if that's the case, people will get what they pay for and when something goes wrong you will have to chase this guy around like a bunny rabbit to try and get them to live up to their word. Total garbage. VERY DISHONEST.

BUYER BEWARE. This has been THE most frustrating business experience of my life. The products are good, but you better check, double check, and quadruple check the math vs what you're told you're getting. And if you dare to point out owner's mistake, he starts a campaign of harrassment and juvenile behavior directed at you ... in your home or in his business. I've never dealt with a less professional company in my life. Fingerprints all over freshly painted shoe moulding, and inconsiderate of your property. Feel free to contact me for information - I have all the documentation, photos, and harassing voicemails he left. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
