I've used them on many projects personally and professionally. As a Realtor, I've referred them to many clients and they've always exceeded my expectations. Can't say enough good.

Old Dominion Floor livened up our 1920's hard wood floors and made them look beautiful! They also did a fabulous job tiling our fire place in a beautiful, intricate design! They were punctual and paid attention to all of the details ensuring we got exactly what we asked for! I highly recommend Old Dominion Floor Co!!

Old Dominion installed for my builder. At closing in Feb '14 we noted a 1/4" wide crack. At their request we waited until Sept to inspect again. They requested a 1 year wait period to see if seem would correct itself. I agreed. After 2 years of postponing from Old Dominion, they now say they won't warranty. Terrible service, rude sales, inferior installation. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Use a smaller company with more direct quality control and treats homeowners like they do their larger builders.

Poor results and a lack of depth of knowledge in floor installs. Poor resolution from having done an insufficient and improper job in the first place. Very Amateur like work and results.

BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU CRAP THAT HAS TO BE RE-DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were hired to re-due my kitchen flooring and carpet a small hall way and bedroom, cost 6,000 dollars, the hallway is 3ft x 12ft they used 3 scrap pieces and seamed them together,I did not know they had did this until now 6 months later there seam work is coming apart and was I told that's what happens when its a high traffic area(after 6 months), they should of never used 3 pieces then. The flooring in the kitchen & hall I had put down is wood look as my living room is open to the kitchen, they ran the flooring in the opposite direction of the wood floor, then in the hall they ran it across instead down also used 4 pieces and now the edges are starting pull up and curl and of course they said the same thing about this. They do a half ASS job and don't stand behind their work. BEWARE you better just go to LOWES or HOME DEPOT as at least they stand behind there work for a year if there is any problem.
