5 star service, quality, and employees. Theyve always been able to help me with parts even when I bring them parts not commonly found on their type of equipment. Nice facility too.

Phoned them up to get a quote for a rebuild on a 5.9 cummins out of a 1992 ram I just bought. Thought I would bring it right to cummins because they should obviously know that motor inside and out. Couldn't understand the guy whatsoever. Spoke a vague version of what sounded like English and East Indian mixed together. Finally got on the same page after a few minutes of repeating myself and all I got was "we do not service dodge trucks". I mean that's just fine but not 30 seconds earlier I told the guy that the motor isn't in the truck, it's sitting on blocks in the back of another vehicle. Very disappointed.

All I can say is....Wow!!! I just called them to get some advice on servicing the Onan generator in my motorhome. I spoke to Laura, who was able to suggest a few things to try before taking the step of bringing the motorhome in for service. It's been a long time (read, forever!) since I've had a knowledgeable and enthusiastic person on the phone! Way to go Cummins and thank you Laura. :) Wade Church, Edmonton
