I've heard nothing but great things about this company, great reviews but that's far from what I've seen in reality. I've been fixing all their screw up's for months now. They installed a new engine and it looks like a 10 year old did the job. Nuts and bolts missing, wiring not plugged in, coolant and oil leaks everywhere. I'm surprised it even runs ! Oh and they stole the coolant heater off the truck that was bolted to the frame and functional. They just took it off and bypassed it with some used coolant hose. Never did get that back. Thanks gb diesel! There was also a nice box of parts and extra bolts left in the cab for me to find where they go once I got the truck back. Someone there also decided to leave a hydraulic filter for the pto loose and closed the valves from the reservoir. Would have been nice if they at least tightened the filter back up ffs. Didn't notice this til the truck was hours from anywhere, had to stop the job, turn around bring it home and find out what was wrong. Lost a day's worth of work, 3 new customers, and almost burnt up a new pto all because they didn't put things back the way they were when they got the truck. Overall this was very disappointing, especially cause they sure didn't charge backyard mechanic rates for sloppy backyard mechanic work.

I have always had great service when ordering parts for the fleet I take care of here in the Yukon. Thanks for being there when no one else is
