One of the worst experience ever. 2021 Dec.20 Drove from Grande Prairie to Edmonton to fix my truck at Big Rig Power, nothing major with the truck, just some black smoke coming out from exhaust pipes on cold starts and truck was shaking when parked on idle, only some times to times. Wanted to fix these two issues and get ready for the next year. Yeah so I had to change all the injectors and the engine harness. Turned around 3 times on my way to GP because truck was losing power 40% and Regen light alarm came On. 2 years ago I deleted my truck with Big Rig Power and that's the reason I wanted to have my truck repaired with them due that it was a computer programming job and inside engine repair, at least that what I was expecting. After I've paid them they closed the door on my face. They tried to reprogram the computer, delete the alarm and that's it (all this on a period of 3 days) After that I've been told that they did their best and maybe I should go and see Volvo dealer because it could be the transmission the issue of losing power and they don't have the programs for that. I've spent 1500.00 $ at Volvo to check the transmission and found that transmission is working good. So I finally came back to GP and my truck still not completely fixed and crossing the fingers that I won't have issues with the Regen alarm and losing power. Anyways the story is very long and so much stress and time-consuming and disappointment. Didn't expect to live such an experience and Big Rig Power to make my truck worse than when I drove my truck to them in the beginning. My next stop will be at Adrenaline Diesel shop.

Horrible, sent them my computer from a 2013 dt466 for programming and got it back with more problems then it left with. Went around and around for 4 months with them sent it back and forth for reprogramming 6 different times, sent live data with computers on our end. They still could not figure it out, I requested a refund and they sent me about 80% of my money back. At this time I have about $3000 into service techs for installation and removal of the computer and data analysis because they kept saying the problem was on our end which is not something they will refund. After all this I called the place right down the road from them called ADRENALIN DIESEL and they programmed it in 15 MINUTES and it worked amazing. DON'T USE BIG RIG POWER FOR ANYTHING.

Andy was great, we have a 2019 ASV RT120-F which we had tuned another company in Texas (Tune My Trucks), the tuning didn't last 1 hour before the machine dropped back into a limp mode. I reached out to Big Rig Power on a Friday at nearly 4PM EST. Andy worked on my machine remotely for hours to see that I was up and going and able to complete a job we were on that weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone, Andy even went the extra mile to follow up with me on Saturday to make sure all was good. Thank you Andy!

I'm a dealer for big rig power and my experience working with them has been great. They are quick to help, answer questions, if I have any issues they jump right on it. Andy is very knowledgeable, great programmer and is very good to work with. I highly recommend these guys and I enjoy working with them.
