I own Grinders Tree Service inc, and we have tried multiple mechanical shops over the years. Fireweed mechanical has been the best service / price I've ever had. No surprise bills at the end. This is the only shop I've dealt with in the past 6 years that excels at communication. They give progress updates, and wait for authorization before performing work. I will be using them exclusively for our fleet.

I have called Fireweed quite a few times for repairs on the road and each and every time I have had a positive experience! They are always ready, willing and able to help me out! Great service and great employees! Extremely courteous and knowledgeable! It doesn't get any better than that in my books! Thank you Fireweed for all your help and great service! You always go out of your way to help your customers and that is a major plus when you need to keep your freight rolling! Great service!

I called on a Friday morning desperate to get my trailer tire assembly replaced before the weekend. They werent entirely sure when they could see me. I brought my trailer to them and by 1 pm they were working on it. Even with the hiccups I was fixed up and on my way by 4. Keith the owner worked on it himself to get it done. All the staff were great and friendly. The price was reasonable/less then i thought it would be. Some garages would have taken advantage of my desperation. I tried 2-3 other places before contacting Fireweed and wont use anyone else.

Being a Trucking company from NS it is imperative we find reliable service when doing business out west. Fireweed took us in and got us back on the road asap, this was after I was told most repair shops were booking a week ahead! Brett and staff really came through. Big shout out to all the staff at Fireweed. You guys rock! Randy, Traffic Coordinator/Operations @ Briar Transport, Dartmouth NS.
