I’ve been going to these guys for my automotive needs since July 2018, and to their benefit, they have always fixed my Jeep up as needed (as they should, being that it is an automotive shop). However, twice it has happened that after I’ve been given my Jeep back, there have been new issues that have arisen that were not there prior, which have cost even more money to have fixed. The first time, I needed a new transmission. They were able to replace it and get it back up and running (although they told me they would have it done by Thursday but did not get it done until the followoing week, causing me to have to rent a car for the weekend at my cost). Then, literally the same day that I got my Jeep back after the transmission replacement, there was another problem. I took it back in and found out that the CV axle nut was worn out and had to be replaced for an extra $400 on top of the $4200 that I spent on the transmission. I was not happy, but I paid them to fix this new problem that was not there until after they looked at my vehicle. This last time is what has broken the hump on the camel’s back; I took my Jeep in for a simple oil change, where they also found a leaking axle seal. Not that out of the ordinary, so I paid them an extra $320 to have that problem fixed. Then, when I got the Jeep back from having the axle seal replaced, my Jeep was handling funny and pulling slightly to the right. When I called to set up an appointment to get it re-examined, I got Rick on the phone. He said it would be ANOTHER cost to have this problem looked at and eradicated. I told him that I expected it would be covered given that this problem only arose after getting the Jeep back from the axle seal fix, and that If I have to pay, I will be taking it somewhere else and paying another team to fix the problem. Without another word, Rick abruptly hung up on me without even a goodbye. Absolutely abysmal customer service. As a customer who has paid them over $5000 in service fees over the last 8 months, you’d think they would care more about customer loyalty. I will gladly take my vehicle somewhere else for my automotive needs, and I suggest you do too. **EDIT after response from owner** I would just like to add that he DID hang up on me. I had him on speakerphone as I was driving at the time, and both myself and my friend saw the call was ended by him abruptly after I finished speaking. I get that you're trying to salvage yourself after a poor review, but please do not lie.

Absolutely amazing automotive. I would recommend this business to anyone. Today I just received in the mail a letter from Ric and that extra time he put into writing this letter made me know he appreciated my business. Not only is Ric fast and efficient but is also a genuine person that provides an honest and reasonable quote.

Talk to Rick, he is the man to see if you want your car or truck worked on for a fair price. Works done fast and with great service.

As a single mom, I always feel confident that the advice and recommendations that Ric makes are necessary in order to keep my vehicle safe for me and my daughters. Unlike other service shop nightmare stories, I have never once felt that unnecessary extra work has been recommended or that I am being overcharged or taken advantage of because I have very little knowledge about cars! Ric and his team are honest and kind and go out of their way to do a good job every time, at a competitive rate.

Went in for an out of province inspection. Was fit in and done very quick. Was treated great by one of the owners. Will return for further service. An independant shop.
