I brought my car here twice now and I am amazingly impressed with Shaun's service. He is honest, understanding, and very helpful. I had my battery, starter, and suspension checked and also had some diagnostics done in my car as it bogged this morning. I thought I would be dealing with major repairs and major expenses but all those issues turned out to be fine! Super happy about that. My car does need some parts replaced though but that's just normal wear and tear - I did buy my car used and I expect it to have some things replaced and fixed over time. Overall, I drive my car knowing that I am safe and that's all thanks to Shaun and his team. I highly recommend him to anyone in town looking for a garage that is both honest and reasonable!

I'm really sad that I'm going to be having to write a bad review here. Took my 2010 Suby in to have an OOP inspection; we had driven the car all the way from Toronto and it drove like a dream. The guys here were really nice and I was confident they would do a good job making sure everything was good on the car. Also, cute dog :) The car passed everything other than sway bar link issues, so we agreed for them to replace the end links of the sway bar, so that it then passed the OOP completely. When I come to pick up the car, the handling wasn't quite how I remembered it but the car was still new to me so I drove the 1.5 hours home. Then the clunking starting under the wheel well, only noticeable on bumpier roads. Then the car would insist on veering me off the road. The car became dangerous to drive. I spent 20 metres toppled half in a ditch trying to do a simple corner and I still don't know how I managed to regain control. Took the car all the way back where they said there was a stripped bolt on the sway bar and they replaced. It seemed to fix that issue. Everyone makes mistakes and they fixed it for free, no fuss. Sadly, on the drive back the car was vibrating pretty badly. Washed the wheel wells (it was cold, there was a LOT of dirt) it still did it after so I assumed there was just some frozen dirt that will melt off. After two weeks, the car was completely clean, and it was still vibrating so that my face began to melt off my skull at around 80 - 110 kph. Awful on gas. Turned out it needed alignment. I had to pay an additional 100 dollars at my local Canadian tire to re-align all my wheels. It did not need it before I took it to Little Garage. I wish they left my car alone. It was perfect before. :(

I recently bought an old truck that needed a lot of work. Shaun did an amazing job - not just on fixing the truck, but also in explaining to me exactly what the problems were (am used to being just told stuff by mechanics; I'm really not used to someone taking the time to talk me through the issues). He was also able to do the work in a timely manner, and really worked hard to stay within my budget. I feel very fortunate to have found this garage, and honestly can't thank them enough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Brett and Shaun have consistently delivered fantastic service at a fair price. They have managed to squeeze me in last minute and when it works for me, as well as provide detailed explanations of all repairs and services before and after they have completed it. I will always go back to them and will be recommending them to my friends.

Myself and my partner Belinda have placed our trust in the guys at ‘The Little Garage’ several times in the last few years, and never been disappointed by the friendliness, or professionalism of Shaun, Lance, or Brent. Their work is probably the best, and cheapest in Canmore, which in turn makes for value as well as convenience...! Thanks guys...
