I just had my work truck into Bernhuasen on Friday morning. They had my truck fully inspected , serviced , and installed new front brake assembly with new front suspension in a few hours which got me back to work in the afternoon. Thank you

Bernhausen Diesel has got to be the most reliable, honest and friendly diesel shop around. Not only are all the staff very knowledgeable and accommodating, they go out of their way to make sure all my needs are met. We have been bringing our trucks to them for over 5 years and I am always greeted with a smile and a lot of patience when explaining my trucks problems. The quality of their work shows and I know I am in good hands at Bernhausen.

Called to set up an appointment on two ocassions on both ocassions they promised to get back to me with a time and date to bring my low mileage 1997 Ford F350 7.3 Powerstroke in for a service and tuneup. They never had the courtesy to return either call and I will no longer deal with a shop that showed this level of disrespect. This shop deserves no stars but was forced to leave one to leave this warning!!

I can not say ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS SHOP, STAFF AND, MECHANIC . I live in Okanagan Falls and ended up stuck in Langley trying to get home with my truck and big trailer. I went to Ford and they said 2 weeks before they could get to it . They recommended this shop . I went there, and explained my situation and problem . They said they would sure try to help me out. That afternoon my truck was fixed .The price was fair. They texted me a complete copy of diagnostic. and repairs. I even got to talk to the mechanic. I definitely recommend this shop
