NW fuel was fantastic to deal with. right from the moment i first called them for the repair, all the way till the job was done, i received great customer service, and dealt with very knowledgable people who took the time to listen to what I wanted and deliver the perfect product. This was my first time using them on a personal level, but I had used them many times before through work. When dealing with them through work they have always been fast, and professional, providing good quality parts and service at a good price. I will 100% use them again for personal repairs, and continue using them through work as well, Thanks for the good job!

Excellent customer service. I’m in the middle of a engine swap and I have been dealing with Gord Reid. I asked for some additional information on my swap besides just having my injectors tested and Gord has gone above and beyond to get me the answers I needed which will in turn save me a bunch of money from a future mistake. Thank you NW Injection

When the injectors that were serviced there ran into some issues, NW stepped up to provide great customer service support offering to make things right and replace all injectors for my air cooled Porsche 911.

As a relatively new service business owner it has become increasingly more and more important to me that the people i surround myself with do as good a job for me as i would do for myself, and, being an understanding sort of gentleman, that they stand behind their work. NW Fuel Injection has done nothing but live up to my expectations. I elect to use them for all my fuel injection needs despite their location being less convenient than some others because they take care of my needs in their entirety. Gaskets, keys, advice, instructions... They spend the time necessary to explain the approach to solving my problems and then will spend even more time explaining the results of their investigation. It's pretty clear that they intend to do the best job possible for me and take the time to keep me as much in the loop as i ask for. That's what i am paying for.
