We have been bringing our cars to Fleet for about 15 years. They have ALWAYS been EXCEPTIONALLY efficient, friendly, timely and honest from the initial setting of the appointment to the "always on time as projected" completion, driving away in my repaired auto. When an initial diagnosis indicated no immediate need for repair, the Fleet staff were very honest and sent me on my way keeping me continually informed as to the status of the need. I have always felt confident that a repair was always done completely and efficiently. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Fleet to friends and acquaintances in the future.

Had a stripped stuck lug nut on my F150. The fellas here made a next day appointment for me after I had busted 2 sockets on it. They are extremely friendly and polite. They got me in at 7am for a same day service and managed to get it pulled off without having to drill it out. I cant say enough how much I appreciate the quick polite professional work they did at an unbeatable price. 100% on my list for any further mechanical needs I may have.

I visited Fleet Service Auto Repair for the first time. Since I walked in I received excellent customer service! The team @ FSATR were all very professional and knowledgeable, but above all, they are honest!!! When I picked up my car, they gave me a detailed report of the condition of my car, maintenance that could wait, issues that needed monitoring, and performed needed maintenance. I also received a free car wash and several discount coupons. I will definitely make Fleet Service Auto Repair my auto repair shop, the one I can trust! THANK YOU!

"Who doesn't love surprises?" Well, that would be anyone who relies on their vehicle for errands, family outings or commuting. It has been my experience with Fleet Services that you'll get no surprises. What you will get is top-notch technical ability and exceptional communication! I've been impressed by their attention to detail. I've appreciated their mindfulness of expenses and staying within my budget. But most of all, I was excited to learn - directly from them - how highly esteemed Fleet Services are by their competitors! There is no doubt in my mind that my Classic Cougar is in good hands with her friends, the staff and technicians of Fleet Services.

I am so stoked I took my 87 Toyota pick up here to be fixed. Jess, Andy and Brandon were amazing! I love that there is a point system and I have already earned money on my card for more work on my truck! Prices on parts and labor are super reasonable. Quality work and communication.
