I like this mechanic. They ladies up front are nice and personable. The mechanics are honest and I have yet to have a problem in 9 years. I would say to go to these guys, because they have a fair price and know how to make an honest buck.

This is the best place to take your car for wheel alignment Ron is one of the best alignment tech's I know and I can say this because I am a mechanic as well with 30 plus years exp. Ron did a fantastic job aligning our 88 caprice, and all the other alignments I have sent there. A+

Fantastic! A friendly shop with credible mechanics that will talk to you straight, do a great job, and leave you satisfied. I found this place through a referral when I was looking for a place to do a wheel alignment. I was reluctant as it was across the city. As it turn out, it was worth the 25 minute drive. Unable to complete the road test after the alignment due to a January dump of snow, I came back 3 weeks later without a problem. Ron took his time to identify my handling problems, which were worn tires. Took time to do what he could with my summer tires, made some solid recommendations, and left my car better than when I brought it in. I have a strong distrust of mechanics earned by many deficient experiences over 30 years. Finding a great mechanic like Ron and Bert's Auto & Tire is a massive relief. They'll be my go to from now on. Highly recommended. Trustworthy. Honest, Credible.

My work truck needed an alignment due to worn and replaced front end components. Berts fit me in on short notice. They made and kept their appointment. I was told two hours for the job and it was done in one. I've had a lot of alignments done and this is the first time that the techs didn't try to force me into new tires or other parts that I don't need. Alignment shops typically try pressure sales and virtual blackmail to get extra work, but Berts is not your typical alignment shop. No BS. They just did the job on time, on budget, and most importantly, they did it right. I'll definitely be back. ......I just thought I would add a follow up. It’s been 10 months now since Bert’s did an alignment on my Chev Express 3500 cube van. I’ve been running these vans for 20 years now, and I have never had such even tire wear as I’ve had for the past 10 months. Bravo!

In the past few weeks I obtained quotes for tires, from a number of tire specialty companies and dealerships in the Edmonton area, for two of our vehicles. My wife needed winter tires and new wheels on her Pathfinder, and I wanted new winter tires for my Tundra. Bert's was great at dealing with me through email, and they had the second lowest price on my wife's vehicle, with only a small difference in cost. But they were much more polite and quick to answer questions, so we went with them. My wife got the Cooper winter tires with new aluminum rims installed early in October. With my Tundra, I was originally going to get winter tires, and had it arranged with Bert's to do so. But then I decided to stick with all seasons, and wanted the Michelin Defender LTX M/S. I contacted Bert's and told them I was going to go to Costco for these tires instead. They remained respectful of my change of heart, but then they worked our a deal for the same tire for me. The offered the Michelin tires, installed, balanced and also a front end alignment, for what Costco would have cost just to purchase, install the tires and balance them. Costco does not do alignments. My wife and I only had to wait an hour and a half each, from the time we drove in, until we were ready to leave. Bert's is a great company, and they have good people to work with.
