We were driving East on 67th St we were in the North lane their shuttle driver was in the middle lane he move in front of us to get in the north lane as there was a car in front of him so we moved to the middle lane. We then were stopped at a red light as we left the light he cut in front of us to get all the way over to the south lane then called us "fn a hole" if he needed to be in the South lane why did he go from the center lane to the North lane and then cut us off to get back over to the south and if he need that he should have slowed down and went behind us there was no traffic to speak of.

Fleets only for this company - owner operators need not apply ! Bought my fist trick from here, been nothing but a nightmare since about 2 months in. Check engine lights / electrical issues, Terrible fuel economy. They charged me for diag because they couldn’t find a problem, took back a week later for same problem all of the sudden they found it and it was warranty , didn’t even offer to own up to it or give my money back . Service department has no interest in helping out the little guy ! Always got some excuse as to why it didn’t work and they would have to call Navistar blah blah blah. Then I discovered the recommend leasing company they use soaked me me for almost 20k, in insurances that we’re never offered or discused during the financing process. The extended warranty is like pulling teeth to get an answer from them. “It’s a grey area” is the standard I think. This is he extended warranty I paid 10k for that was to include ALL my after treatment, which I have now found out only include the cummins side of it - so basically the parts that don’t malfunction. Moved onto sales thaught maybe they could help me with my problem, try and see about a trade up , one last effort to keep the little guys business , but because I wouldn’t take a stock unit - which was about 3 times the truck I need- they insulted me wii a completely unreasonable trade. Bottom line , if you want to deal with them you need to have deep pockets and more then one truck - or you will get put to the side and treated like second class.

I️ visited this facility last week. A very nice new building. The shop has ample room for many large trucks. A very large warehouse & parts dept
