The staff at the front desk were courteous. This is the issue I have, I took my RV to get the heater fixed it was not working and smoking. I had to drive two hours to get this worked on. I drove two hours to pick it up and was told it was fixed to spec. Get the RV home and it was not fixed and still smoking, same problem I took it in for. I called and talked with the service manager and was told, if I paid the bill I was satisfied with the service. Then they told me it was old and needed replaced. The best part is on my bill it states it was fixed to spec. Common sense says, you don't drive four hours, pay to have something fixed, think it is fixed correctly, get home and it is not fixed. I would have had a new one put in if someone would have told me that is what was needed. Will not be taking anything to them again. Very unsatisfied.

Exceptional customer service! Was working with manager named Dave. Performed troubleshooting for after treatment system. Couldn’t help. Didn’t charge a penny. Never seen that in trucking business.

Cummings Northwest is a top notch company. They did some repair on our RV and we were extremely satisfied with the service. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and kept us aware of the process of repair and cost. We recommend them highly!!!

Hose clamps were loose leaking anti freeze and one wasn't even tightened, another was tightened at such an odd angle it will make it difficult to undo if it has to be worked on again. I should have gone over the truck thoroughly before I left...
