Charged me $250 for a check-up without ever mentioning any price beforehand. They also broke a glowplug in my truck and still charged me $600 for replacing the other 5 out of 6 glow plugs. I Don't even know how I'm suppose to get the broken glow plug out!

It's hard to know where to even start, other than to say that they charged us $900, didn't fix the problem with our speedometer, and now our truck has randomly been going into limp mode ever since. Never had the problem before, but it started literally the day we picked up the truck. Everything at the service center was filthy, the guys were all covered in soot like they just crawled out of a 18th century coal mine, nobody knew what was going on, and the service manager, Jody, simply lied to us. We were told things like "oh we never even touched your transmission" except for the fact that wires were disconnected and left dangling and they charged us for replacing the transmission speed sensor. I cannot imagine that all of the positive reviews on here are anything but paid reviews. The level of incompetence at this place is stunning to say the least, and we are seriously considering suing them for the damage they did to our truck. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Charged me $210 to do literally nothing other than let my truck sit in their garage until it was warm enough to start it. They did NO work to it, at all. $210? Really? I told them I wanted them to install a block heater to prevent the motor from freezing up in cold temperatures, their response: "No, just leave your truck running for days while it's cold" Seriously?? You guys blow. I took it to another shop, they changed out the glow plugs and now the truck starts right away with no issues in freezing weather. Thanks for the rip off!
