Niels was great. It was great to walk through the front door and be greeted by the owner. He set me up with everything I needed to repair my old lawn mower. It was only about $60 worth of parts but Niels spent almost 20 minutes with me showing me how I would remove the old parts on my current mower and put the new parts on. At that time he didn't know that I was just fixing the mower up to give it away and that I would be looking for a new one. I wasn't planning on buying the new one from Niels & Gord's and I was just going to go for a cheapo at Canadian Tire. However after seeing how great Niels knowledge was and his willingness to help and spend time with a customer who was only getting $60 worth of parts I asked him to show me what he had for new Mowers. He then spent about 20 minutes going through all the features and benefits of the new Toro mowers he had in stock and didn't really push me towards a lower priced or a higher priced one. He listened to me and helped me decide which one would be best for me. Niels set it it all up ad gave me a full tutorial on the mower. He also gave me his business card and told me to call if I had any questions at all not only about the new Toro mower but also about lawn care and fertilization and how to get the best lawn. I'll return again and again for my service needs and would highly recommend Niels & Gord's Lawn Mower & Small Engine Repair to anyone!
