Have had a few oil changes here and not to many problems just had the battery replace and they put one in that can barley start the engine like after -10 she won't start but my old one would start in -30. It also cost more than if I went to the store and did it my self with a stonger battery. The shop workers are nice but the battery thing makes me question ever going back. It's been about 2 weeks and I still have the slip can I still bring back the battery and get my money back and try somewares else or am I just sol. Edit. Went back and they replaced my battery with another one so far so good she's been starting in -30 like she use to this is with out a heater. So far as I know I was an unlucky with the first battery as 1 in every so many is faulty happy to have my car working.

The guy always put me on hold and never answer the call. I Called three times today. This is not good service at all. He just pick up the phone and say "Can I put you on hold" after that nothing from him .I put on hold for more than five minutes at a stretch. The same thing when i called after 1 hour.

Dented the rocker panels on my 2015 when I was getting my tires changed!! The owner was very sympathetic and accommodating when trying to get it fixed but also didn't have a great experience with the shop I was sent to!! I hope nobody else has this experience!

Parking here is a bit slim, but otherwise, as long as you make an appointment, the staff here are very accommodating. Avoid Canadian Tire if at all possible. I had a much better experience here.
