long story short. my vehicle was hit and written off. needed a new ride. Shawn pilgrim gave us a world class customer experience and went above and beyond my families expectations of what we thought a dealership and their team members would do. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for new wheels to go see shawn and his team. they will respect you and treat you like family. thank you shawn pilgrim! Also; Manon Toms was amazing from start to end as well. she landed us the best financial plan that works perfect for us and yo top it off she loves dogs and came outside for a visit with my 4 legged boy and he loved her too!

We made an inquiry into a specific vehicle that we were looking at; Levi was the perfect salesperson getting back to us with all the answers to our questions. He was very enthusiastic and provided fantastic service; he made the deal happen to our mutual satisfaction. It was worth the 700 km round trip to get our vehicle and certainly will recommend the dealership. Thanks especially to Levi but a shout out to Brad as well for his help.

I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy 1500 LTZ Z71 Heritage Edition. My sales person Shawn Pilgrim was very polite and knowledgeable. Made the experience light hearted and fun, no pressure and let the product do the talking. This is my third vehicle from this dealer. Everything about this dealer is the best from customer service, to the parts department, Auto body and Maintenance department are always on point and provide A-1 service. Also I cannot forget about Brad in the financial loans department. He was very professionally and efficient! I will always bring my business to Summit GMC Fort McMurray! Hands down the best dealer I've EVER dealt with and the only dealer I will deal with!
