Mike, in their parts department, is probably one of the most helpful people in the industry.

Best diesel repair and parts in Tacoma.

I had a great experiences with Curt Bartnes and two mechanics from Tacoma Diesel. I own a small motorsailer and have been their customer for three seasons now and they are awesome. This time, a warning alarm and light went off that let me know my exhaust temperature was very high. I was close to my homeport so I limped in for the last 1/4 mile turning the engine on and off to let the exhaust cool: Tacoma Diesel to the rescue. Although all of their mechanics were working on a huge job, Curt promised me help and two mechanics showed up early in the morning and removed my exhaust elbow which was determined to be clogged. They brought it back to the shop, were able to clean it out, and reinstalled it with a new hose. All this for my little 39' boat while they were facing deadlines on a larger job. These folks are top notch --responsive and responsible, and provide excellent and reliable service. "Hats off" to Curt and his crew at Tacoma Diesel and Equipment. You guys are awesome! -- Rich Siegel MSV Cilantro

Tried for weeks to get them to come provide service. We were even on their calendar, then they called and bumped us for a commercial job. They never did follow up or come out to repair my boat. Very unresponsive to emails and phone calls.
