I made an appointment on a Friday to get my AC and oil done. I left work early to have it done here. I show up and give up my keys. When the mechanic brings my keys back, the owner punched in the total for just an oil change into his debit machine and informed me he's out of gas and can't do the AC until next week. I wish I was told this when I was making the appointment. The debit machine malfunctions and he tells me to come back another time to pay. I get home and check my oil - they didn't even touch it; same color, same amount as right before I gave them my keys. I called the owner to let him know, he sounded somewhat surprised and said "I'll go talk to him about it" and that was that. Thank god his debit machine wasn't working. -------------Do not trust-------------

Last year Volkswagen wanted $250 to recharge my ac and kept saying I have a leak and will be a big repair. Took to marine auto and explained to them what VW said and they were shocked at the pricing. They tested to see if my car would hold the pressure and sure enough no leaks. $60 to recharge and haven’t had a problem since and it’s been one year. Going back this week with my new vehicle we just purchased :)

Had an oil, filter change and wheel alignment today and I have nothing but positive things to say, it was a professional, timely repair. Will definitely be coming back in the near future!

James has got to be the nicest, most honest mechanic I've ever met. Having worked in the industry for 3 decades, I've met literally hundreds of mechanics at shops all over BC and these guys are the real deal. Excellent knowledge of auto and marine service, and plenty of experience throughout his team.

I didn't come in for any sort of service, my car had actually broken down right outside their shop, as luck would have it. I asked the gentlemen inside if there was anything they were able to do to help me get my car running again. He sent one of his guys out and he replaced the clamp on my battery post out in the 35 degree heat. He got it running again, and I walked in to pay them for their time. The man at the desk told me it was on the house. I was so grateful for their help, that I did bring them some treats as thanks. I'm writing just to let everyone know that these guys are really genuine, caring people. This may sound strange, but I'm glad I broke down outside their shop. I would 100% recommend these guys simply because they're pleasant people. Again, thank you so much for your help.
