Took my car in for the brakes to be replaced. They responded to my emails promptly and were able to supply a loaner vehicle at a reasonable price of $10 a day. One of the guys (the owner?) was not the friendliest but the other younger guy was a slight improvement. They sent out a nicely formatted report card to you via text message which was AMAZING I've never had that level of service before. A little upset to hear that I had to wait the next day for the repair to occur, but at least I got a loaner to use in the meantime. I was initially worried about paying $1000 for a front brake pad and rotor replacement + seasonal tire switchover but only time will tell if it's worth it. I was happy to see they had cleaned my car when I arrived, it looked MUCH better then when I brought it in. They also provided 6 months of roadside assistance and a discount card for my next visit. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them. For a student like me, the price was a little steep, but it's made up for with excellent service and parts. If you are willing to pay this much for peace of mind and can afford the premium then this a great place. Unfortunately for me, I'll be sticking to more budget options in the future until I can afford come back here and experience this service again! :)

Scott and team run the best shop I have ever had my vehicle into. I trust their expertise and advice implicitly. When I take my car in they do a thorough inspection and once caught a nail in my tire right before a road trip. Their systems and processes in place make the experience seemless. They will drive you to work or home while you wait or provide courtesy vehicles if available. Customer service is second to none with Lawrence at the helm. Highly recommend Precision. Family owned and operated and treat their customers and employees like family too.

Only place I take my Honda Element! I value good service and appreciate their care and attention to details. My Honda has over 250,000 kms...Scott and Lawrence saying no need to replace it when you keep it in top notch condition....yup that's their job! Here's to 500,000 kms plus gentlemen!
