I always receive clear, easy to understand diagnostics from the mechanics. Their work is efficient, and personal. Shawn and Rob provide options and plans to suit my schedule and budget. They always have time to answer questions, and make sure everything is done properly. I fully trust them to take care of my diesel!

For over the past year and a bit, Diesel Monkey has been taking care of my fleet of vehicles. They do everything they can to make sure I have my trucks moving at all times. Comprehensive plans are made in a pro-active approach to plan for down time on my vehicles. They have stayed late, or worked on saturday to make sure my repairs are done so I do not loose any time. The billing is fair, and extremely easy to understand. I appreciate all that they do and recommend them to my clients for thier fleets all the time. Contact them and see what they can do for you and your situation. Sincerely, Chris Fisher District Service Manager, Unifirst

The best ton of money I ever spent on repairs! Seriously!!! I had my Class A 34' motorhome home towed to the shop after having totally burned out my brakes. These people treated my wife and I very well to the degree that I felt like I was in a some fancy boutique experiencing fabulous customer service, rather than at a "mechanics garage". No BS about the vehicle and what needed to be done. Straight up and honest appraisal of the situation. Very cognizant of the fact we are traveling far from home and that that we had a conference to attend in another town. The "Monkeys" went above and beyond, putting all hands on deck to make sure we were on our way quickly; doing very high quality repairs - and the most comprehensive invoice I've aver seen! Literally, the invoice walks the customer through every aspect of the repair process leaving no doubt as to the work done and the costs associated. As far as cost is concerned, you get what you pay for and I paid a fair price for the work done. I am 100% satisfied. Listen, here is an example of the fantastic attitude of professionalism and great service I experienced. The motorhome is ready to go, but I need to hook up a trailer that's hauling our Vespa. One of the guys helps me walk the trailer to the hitch and we drop it on the ball. Guy notices a problem with the locking mechanism.Says its dangerous, then says, "hold on a minute. I'll be right back" comes back and fixes the problem! The guy was friendly and smiling all the while - even though they all worked after closing time to ensure we were on our way! All I can say is I'm a happy monkey!
